What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with subgrant and contractual management, tracking activities, and supporting development and approvals
- Contribute to financial management of subawards and ensure compliance with donor requirements
- Support program monitoring and evaluation tasks
- Handle travel, event, and meeting logistics
- Maintain project files, participant information, and program data accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of work experience
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in civil society, gender equality, or human rights
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Experience working with personal identifying information
