- Facilitate team-building events for corporate partners that combine collaboration, team spirit enhancement, and meaningful community impact
- Communicate with partners to support their requirements
- Coordinate event logistics, including printing and materials needs, and couriers
- Support the overall growth of SiE programs, advocating for SiE and prospecting for potential partners
- Coordinate production and distribution of Science is for Me! class sets
- Manage program logistics to ensure seamless implementation across schools, afterschool programs, and home learning settings
- Support program growth by prospecting and soliciting new education partners
- Track program metrics including reach, participant outcomes, and satisfaction rates
- Collect and analyze feedback, with support, to inform program improvements
- Record and input data in CRM (currently using HubSpot)
- Source and procure materials and supplies for Science is for Me! kits
- Coordinate shipping and distribution logistics for 50,000+ annual kit deliveries to schools, programs, and corporate partners
- Oversee inventory management and work with Director of Partnerships to ensure adequate stock levels to meet program demand
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; inspires trust and camaraderie; comfortable with a variety of people and settings.
- Strong goal orientation, exceptional time management skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Should be knowledgeable using Google Suite tools and Zoom.
- Should be confident leading groups of corporate volunteers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years work experience preferred
- Background check and negative TB test
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Able to travel to various locations around the Bay Area in own vehicle

Founded in 2008, Science is Elementary (SiE) is a non-profit whose mission is to provide inspiring, innovative, high-quality science experiences to the preschool and elementary school children who need them most. We envision a world where everyone is empowered to better the world through science and scientific thinking.
Position Type
This job is a salaried full time position. Approximately 50% time will be required to be in-person at our Mountain View office, and 50% may be completed remotely. Must be able to travel as needed for events, averaging four a month, and limited to the SF Bay Area.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Associate to support our Science is for Me! program, an innovative STEM education initiative that makes science accessible and engaging for young learners. This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for SiE's mission, be tenacious in pursuing ambitious goals to grow our customer base and impact, and partner with the management team to ensure those goals are met. Must be able to demonstrate composure and resilience when navigating high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.

$65,000
