      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance and professional development on issues related to special education and educational equity
      - Develop materials based on relevant research for professional learning and technical assistance
      - Facilitate workshops and sessions for educational policymakers and practitioners
      - Conduct literature reviews and summarize background research for project needs
      - Support client engagement activities and organize meetings, ensuring effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in special education, education, public policy, or related fields
      - Subject matter expertise in educational issues, particularly in special education
      - Experience using data to address significant disproportionality in education
      - Strong written communication and presentation skills
      - High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing content related to equity in educational systems
      - Familiarity with conducting literature reviews and supporting state/local education agency staff
      - Resourcefulness and strong organizational skills
      - Background in culturally responsive and sustaining education
      - Proven ability to prioritize work across multiple projects
