      Overview

      This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

      We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Phoenix, AZ, or Raleigh, NC office.

      This position provides support for low-to-mid level complex programs across the Bank. Conducts strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of business projects that drive scale and meet Bank objectives. Works directly with leadership, internal business partners and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that will enable the business to increase efficiencies and enhance results while satisfying requirements. Assesses current practices, collects information and industry trends, and creates specifications to support business objectives. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues. Tracks and reports progress against milestones and coordinates activities of parties across multiple functions to achieve project goals. May occasionally guide less experienced associates in the work group.


      Responsibilities

      • Program Management - Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs including sub-projects and related initiatives. Manages planning, schedule, resources, and risk. Ensures quality and compliance, implementing corrective action where necessary, to ensure cohesion between individual projects and the overall program. Communicates key performance indicators and program metrics to the appropriate parties.
      • Business Strategy - Collaborates with business units and senior executives to understand Bank needs, aligning the goals and purpose of projects to wider strategic objectives. Develops cases to outline and justify program-level initiatives in accordance with organizational planning.
      • Consultation - Works closely with business leaders and departments to understand their needs. Provides expert advice on methods of increasing efficiencies, reducing risk, and improving client experience.
      • Collaboration - Works in conjunction with individuals, business units, and outside parties. Assists in or leads negotiations with external consultants or vendors. Facilitates communication across functions to enhance process flow.

      Qualifications

      Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management

      Preferred Areas of Experience:

      • Advanced organization and time management skills with the ability to change direction quickly to meet business needs.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines and varied focus.
      • Ability to work with limited direction, using resources to determine a plan of action.
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve a core and common solution.
      • Experience in maintaining and/or supporting people programs such as Onboarding, Intern, Recognition, Engagement, Communication, Training, etc.
      • Ability to work with limited direction, using resources to determine a plan of action.
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve a core and common solution.
      • Demonstrated virtual presentation and facilitation skills.
      • Advanced-level communication and influence skills.
      • Advanced-level content development skills that are creative, tell a story, and are executive-level in nature (presentations in PPT, communication, job aids, training resources, etc.)
      • Experience in quickly building relationships at all levels across the organization (SMEs, partners, peers, cross-functional teams, leadership, etc.)
      • SharePoint site development and maintenance
      • Intermediate-Advanced graphic design in Canva
      • Experience in Agile methodology and Jira activity tracking.
      • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory (ADDIE, SAM, etc)
      • Knowledge of Rise360 / Articulate development platform
      • Experience with root cause/gap analysis (tasks, process, etc.)
      • Experience leading focus groups or other means to gather insight.
