What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean to enhance the quality of educational content
- Ensure the alignment of program content with competency-based education standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of educational materials
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of program content
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience in curriculum development or educational content creation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of competency-based education principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Prior experience working in an educational institution
- Familiarity with online learning platforms
