      This is a temporary, part-time position to support Continuing Education (CE) activities in the College of Dentistry: handles telephone, email and mail inquiries and registrations; provide outstanding customer service to program instructors and participants; coordinates the logistical planning and execution of courses including reserving meeting space and catering for in-person programs; initiates and monitors webinars for virtual programs; orders and prepares course materials; manages participant records; works with Program Director on special projects; assists with the promotion of the CE program through responding to phone requests, emails, and supporting marketing activities, including social media posts, and collaboration with marketing on all collateral materials for the events; updates customer database; utilizes database for strategic reporting; and attends and manages day-of onsite, offsite, and virtual courses including registration and course logistics.
