What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the academic colleges
- Design and build systems and features specifically for the academic colleges in the CRM
- Fulfill CRM project requests submitted by campus partners, including forms, event templates, and workflows
- Assist with training Slate users and resolving questions sent to the CRM Team
- Collaborate with the CRM Team to strategize improvements in the University's usage of Slate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience or specialized training in lieu of education requirement
- One (1) year of program coordination experience
- Experience in Admissions, Enrollment Management, or utilizing a Customer Relationship Management System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Technolutions Slate (CRM) and Oracle PeopleSoft (SIS)
- Familiarity with exporting/importing best practices
