      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and schedule social media content to promote program opportunities and attract volunteer applicants
      - Manage the online application process and maintain communication with candidates
      - Oversee the Community Health and Research Volunteer Programs, ensuring smooth onboarding and placement of volunteers
      - Communicate with departments regarding volunteer placements and address any issues that arise
      - Act as the main point of contact for volunteers during their recruitment and onboarding process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree in a related field
      - Knowledge of IMG pathways, visa considerations, and the U.S. medical education system is a plus
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Proficient in managing digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, Dropbox, email)
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with international candidates or in academic/clinical settings
      - Strong social media influence within the IMG communities
