      The Program Coordinator - Emergency Preparedness is responsible for coordinating regional health care facility emergency preparedness planning and response. Planning includes policy and procedure development, training and exercises, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

      Schedule:

      • Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks | St. Cloud
      • Day shifts | 8-hour | 8am-4:30pm with flexibility

      Pay and Benefits:

      • Starting pay begins at $67,257.68 per year and increases with experience
      • Salary range: $67,257.68 - $100,918.58 per year
        • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree emergency management, nursing, community health, administration, social science, public relations, or related field
      • Clinical experience or public health background is a plus
      • 1-2 years of experience in hospital operations strongly preferred
      • A valid MN driver's license and driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage is required
