      Job Description: Join our Costa Rica team! As the Program Coordinator, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks and client communications for assigned client programs, ensuring the smooth management of the contingent candidate lifecycle and requisition fulfillment process. Your contributions are vital in ensuring Tailored Management consistently meets program service expectations. Join us in this essential role and be a key part of our commitment to excellent service.

      Role Duties:

      • Maintain seamless client communications related to onboarding, requisitions, submission pushes, and more.
      • Serve as a liaison between recruiters and candidates, facilitating processes such as candidate rejections, interview coordination, onboarding, and start set-up.
      • Handle candidate email communication throughout the candidate lifecycle, including interview and start day details.
      • Communicate with Compliance and Onboarding teams to enhance processes and stay updated on compliance requirements.
      • Maintain accuracy in Vendor Management System (VMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including notifications, confirmations, and documentation.
      • Manage worker assignment changes, ensuring proper ATS closure and maintaining accurate and detailed JobDiva records.

      Skills and Competencies required:

      • A high level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness while interacting with clients, candidates, and co-workers.
      • Ability to collaborate with various departments and levels of leadership and associates.
      • Strong attention to detail and above average organizational skills to perform administrative tasks, client deliverables, and project, tracking, and reporting needs.
      • Exceptionally skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field of study preferred.
      • 2-5 year’s professional administrative or service experience handling high-volume administrative and service requests.

      Location and Working Environment:

      • Location: San Rafael, Escazu, Plaza Tempo, Strip Comercial, 2do Piso, San José, Escazú, Costa Rica
      • Hours 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Costa Rica time, to support United States-based Clients.
      • This role operates full-time in the office.
