Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of experience in office administration or project management
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and cloud-based applications
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Maintains attention to detail
Post baccalaureate courses in education or related field
Five or more years of higher education experience
Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing software
Experience with Qualtrics or other online survey tools
Experience with Microsoft 365 products
Experience with Canvas or other learning management system software
Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other graphic design tools
Knowledge of ACCME accreditation requirements
Plans, develops, and assists with implementation of faculty and staff professional development programs.
Assists in planning new programs or revising existing program to support faculty and staff.
Assists in developing programs relevant to the needs of faculty and staff.
Assists in implementing programs for faculty and staff.
Assists in evaluating and gathering feedback on program development and faculty and staff needs.
Assists in developing and updating training materials for both in-person and online training.
Assists in delivering training to faculty and staff via in-person and online formats.
Assists in establishing short- and long-term goals and strategic planning.
Assists in identifying funding opportunities.
Assists in establishing policies and procedures.
Provides support for faculty and staff development opportunities through the creation and dissemination of event and other resource information.
Assists with the development and production of materials designed to support the program.
Assists in preparing reports on program activities.
Uses various software tools to create event and resource information.
Participates in appropriate School of Medicine committees and activities to gain a better understanding of the educational process and interact with faculty and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
