      Overview of the opportunity:

      Reporting to the Manager, Insight Health Solutions, the Program Coordinator will work alongside the leadership team to manage and coordinate administrative functions, including:

      • Managing Information Flow
      • Liaising with insight health solutions leadership to coordinate and support strategic initiatives and keep all on track
      • Collaborating with partners and other providers to support performance and strategic decision-making. Escalating risks as appropriateManaging Program Structures & Meetings
      • Collaborating with insight health solutions leadership and partners to develop strategic agendas for meetings, manage key project tools and develop work plans to ensure effective decision making and agenda management.
      • Liaising with Program Leaders to support accountability and meeting logistics.Preparing Communications, Briefings, Presentations & Reports
      • Ensure creation and delivery of monthly business scorecard, including preliminary analysis, leveraging business acumen and writing, to create reports, presentations and other documents for both internal and external use.
      • Leading the development of regular reports on behalf of the program within THP Solutions and with our partner’s organizations including quarterly reports to ensure partners are informed.
      • Lead the development and delivery of a monthly newsletter highlighting performance excellence and stories of success.
      • Developing and managing communications by responding to requests, gathering additional information, triaging and referring to program leadership as appropriate to ensure requests are addressed in a strategic, timely and coordinated manner.Supporting Effective Program Operations
      • Participate in planning and implementation of key projects.
      • Working with Leadership, Partners, and Program Administrative Assistants to complete ad-hoc duties and support day to day efficient functioning of the office, including management of priorities.
      • Provide administrative support to Managing Director and program leaders.
      • Liaise with finance and payroll departments for accurate record keeping purposes.

      Qualifications:

      • Undergraduate degree, ideally in business, life sciences, health informatics or related discipline required
      • Minimum 3 years of healthcare work experience in an administrative capacity required, preferably in the private healthcare sector
      • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills to interpret information and identify areas that require further investigation
      • Must be highly detail oriented
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong track record of working collaboratively with leaders and their support staff from within the organization and with external partners and customers
      • Strong knowledge of calendar management and demonstrated experience supporting projects
      • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, self-direction and ability to multitask, and ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment
      • Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet timelines and accomplish goals
      • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when required between THP and partner sites
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Visio, and Excel required)
