- Supports the Midwifery Administrator Coordinator in the design of performance objectives and implements and monitors programming to meet desired outcomes
- Creates and distributes the mapping for Adolescent OB clients to appropriate providers and navigators,
- Build reports for on-going data collection related to program and outcome measures
- Schedules and keeps notes on routine meetings/advisory board/Support Groups
- Maintains records and databases. Works with the grant office to process payments. Sends mailings/texts when appropriate
- Submit monthly programmatic data and quarterly and annual reports to MDPH
- Schedule training/events for Teen OB Clinic Program and participants; and coordinate multi-disciplinary program team meetings monthly. Assists with the development of slide decks for presentations
- The Program Coordinator will also be responsible in helping the Midwifery Administrative Coordinator manage the budget and grant requirements of the program .
- Attend monthly MDPH conference calls
- Takes inventory and orders various supplies such as cribs, carseats, strollers, clothing and toys.
- Liaison between the Ob/Gyn Department, MA DPH and our cross sectoral partners within community and state agencies.
- Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate professional experience required. Previous project coordination also preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written English communication skills, including excellent grammatical, editing and proofreading skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other web-based applications. Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
- Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to be socially perceptive in accepting and relaying confidential information, communicating policies and procedures, and interacting effectively with a variety of Medical Center personnel and outside personnel.
- Strong problem solving skills.

Program Coordinator, Ob/Gyn Research
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Hybrid
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Teen OB Program Coordinator (PC) will be the key administrative coordinator for the Shapiro OBGYN Teen Clinic. They will help manage all day-to-day operations of the program in addition to maintaining data related to outcomes necessary for sustainable programming. The PC would be responsible for coordinating/participating in the following initiatives: Adolescent Pregnant and Young Parent Advisory Board, Postpartum and Breastfeeding Support Groups. They will also serve as liaison between the Ob/Gyn Department, MA DPH and our cross sectoral partners within community and state agencies. The PC will be responsible for helping to manage the budget and grant requirements of the program.
