      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with the Cluster Coordinating Committee to identify clusters for intervention and document activities
      - Develop programmatic materials including plans, strategies, and tools for cluster intervention
      - Conduct comprehensive security and privacy reviews of all cluster detection and response data
      - Represent the HIV C-CORE team in communications with stakeholders and present findings
      - Coordinate with state and local public health departments, laboratories, and the CDC

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - At least five years of experience in public health required
      - Expertise in public health program planning and implementation
      - Experience using data to drive public health actions
      - Fluency in spoken and written English is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred
      - Experience in contact tracing, partner services, or outbreak response highly preferred
      - Knowledge of public health data systems, particularly eHARS, CalREDIE, or CalConnect preferred
      - Experience working with populations disproportionately impacted by HIV and STIs preferred
