      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate students and families about college admissions processes, trends, and requirements
      - Develop personalized academic plans for students and assist in course selection
      - Collaborate with local universities and colleges to enhance student opportunities
      - Organize and oversee events, workshops, and ceremonies for program participants
      - Track and evaluate student academic progress, providing support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of two years of relevant experience working with low-income and urban students
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills
      - Strong collaborative work style and exceptional organizational abilities
      - Commitment to professional development and ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Two to four years of direct work experience with secondary and/or post-secondary students
      - Proven outcomes in promoting college success for low-income, urban students
      - Knowledge of effective practices for working with urban, low-income students
      - Familiarity with various educational technologies and social media platforms
