Provide monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) cost control compliance and guidance
Possess the ability to prepare and provide weekly/monthly analytical reports and tools to support variance/trend analysis and change control management
Perform independent Estimates-At-Complete (EAC) and translate assessments into program risks and opportunities in order to maintain Major Subcontract/GP cost and schedule baselines
Conduct data anomaly research & resolution using critical thinking skills
Presenting Risk/Opportunity Assessments to GSC IPT and Control Account Managers
Incorporating Budget Baselines and supporting internal Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Assist CAMs with EVMS activities including WBS alignment, time phasing of tasks, development and documentation of EVM methodologies, and variance analysis research and support
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 3 years of business management experience OR Master’s Degree and 1 years of business management experience
Contain effective communication skills for interfacing with Control Account Managers
Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Budgeting, forecasting, estimating, buying or material accounting experience or related
Candidate must have an understanding of, and adherence to, company policies, procedures and internal controls (e.g. Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), NG System Description requirements, etc.)
Earned Value Management Program Experience with familiarity to EIA-748 ANSI EV Guideline Reviews and SOX Controls
Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a DOD clearance
Experience in Material, Subcontracts, or Global Supply Chain Cost Planning
Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with SAP / BW Queries and Reports for Material Elements of Cost
Ability to Create and Edit Excel Marcos, Pivots, and Slicers tools
Candidate must be comfortable in collaborating in matrix organizations
Experience with COBRA
Government Audit preparations experience

The selected candidate will support the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Labor, Subcontracts, and Procurement budget planning and Earned Value Management (EVMS) for the F-35 Sustainment statement of work. This position is a hybrid work schedule located out of the Redondo Beach, CA office.
This position will provide assistance and guidance to support the implementation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs), while ensuring compliance to DOD EVMS guidelines and the Autonomous Systems Division EVM System.
