What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform continuous risk assessment and mitigation; remove barriers to development
- Analyze problems, provide guidance to project/product teams
- Manage senior-level direct reports and matrixed team
- Maintain positive work environment, build partnerships
- Establish and maintain schedules, roadmaps, and plans
- Manage budgets and track resources
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and priorities
- Support business development activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year BA or BS degree in a relevant business-focused area
- 10+ years providing strategic technical guidance to clients
- 7+ years' experience in business development and proposal writing
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in website portfolio management in the government sector
- 5+ years' experience with the software development process and Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with problem-solving and consensus-building skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Current Agile SAFe certification
- Active PMP and/or ScrumMaster certification
