- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or foreign educational equivalent, followed by five years of progressive experience in the position offered, or in a similar position, such as IndyCar Lead Engineer. Experience must include leading a team of engineers to solve complex motorsport-specific problems through modelling, simulation and software development.

Responsible for the management of program assets and resources between internal departments and external vendors to execute the Corvette Racing sportscar team. Lead technicians and engineers as direct reports while fostering a collaborative team environment across all stakeholders. Balance program performance on and off track to ensure marketing, budgetary and competition objectives are achieved. Track and test event planning, logistics, execution, and analysis. Vehicle dynamics and chassis system simulation experience. Simulation experience for vehicle development and race operations. Data analysis and regression experience in support of race operations. Driver in the Loop (DiL) simulator development experience. Experience working collaboratively with motorsport sanctioning bodies and stakeholders.
