      Job Description

      The Program Director is accountable for leading and executing core projects and programs in support of Prime’s h ome d elivery and s pecialty p harmacy strategy and growth.

      Responsibilities

      • Accountable for the execution of a complex set of programs and critical initiatives related to the home delivery and specialty pharmacy strategy and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work efforts and Prime’s overall specialty strategy

      • Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies for growth and renewal opportunities

      • Provide comprehensive, accurate, timely and relevant analysis and reporting to inform Prime’s management

      • Manage assessment, tracking and propose alternative strategies to clients to take advantage of home delivery and specialty pharmacy opportunities

      • Ensure new strategies are successfully negotiated and captured via contracting activities

      • Responsible for effectively managing complex strategic partner agreements and amendments; including the drafting, redlining, negotiating, and execution of those agreements

      • Serve as a liaison for both internal and strategic home delivery and specialty pharmacy partners on Request for Proposal (RFP) responses

      • Ensure program materials reinforce a compelling value story

      • Develop presentation materials to support new program opportunities/enhancements and implement and track performance target metrics

      • Actively participate in internal and external communications, planning activities, trade shows, conferences, finalist presentations, etc.

      • Other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

      • 8 years of analytic, account management, product development, project management or consultative experience within healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, health care consulting or other highly regulated industry

      • 2 years of program management experience

      • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

      Additional Qualifications

      • Ability to work in self-directed environment

      • Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime

      • Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications

      • Expert negotiation and influencing skills

      • Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions

      • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

      • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field

      Minimum Physical Job Requirements

      • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

      • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

      • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

      • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

      • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

      • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

      Reporting Structure

      • Reports to Sr Principal, Sr Director, or VP in the Health Care Services department.

      Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
