What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide program financial support to the program team, including preparation and administration of financial data requirements
- Manage the monthly close process, financial reporting, and accounting functions for supporting programs
- Develop and maintain program Estimate at Complete (EAC) forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis reporting and manage monthly invoices
- Prepare financial statements and monitor program costs for the monthly Program Management Review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of four (4) years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Experience in defense/government contract accounting is a plus
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Proficiency in Excel and related financial applications, as well as general office software

- Experience working with defense/government contracts
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and practices
- Knowledge of additional financial software or tools
