      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish positive relationships with customers, teammates, and subcontractors
      - Engage in creative problem-solving to resolve issues within contractual obligations
      - Act professionally to facilitate results and maintain an effective IPT
      - Collaborate with multiple IPTs for program execution
      - Support proposal and execution activities, including supplier negotiations and financial terms/conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Positive attitude and willingness to absorb new information
      - Strong leadership and organizational skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Thorough understanding of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in program finance/planning
      - Experience with Baseline Management
      - Full Criteria Earned Value Management System Metrics
      - Working knowledge of Risk Assessment, Early Intervention, and Mitigation
      - Ability to travel in/out-of-state and potentially internationally to supplier sites
