Job Description
- Req#: JR-82072
- 3+ years of experience providing project management in support of large-scale process/technology projects and/or other HR, Finance, Supply Chain technology initiatives in healthcare, financial industries, higher education and/or state & local government.
- 3+years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar enterprise management cloud solutions.
- Ability to travel at least 50%
- Understanding of project management skills and processes (ex. Agile and Six Sigma methodologies)
- Strong customer service ethic delivering with vitality and handling confidential information discreetly
- Innovative ability to handle ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills to quickly identify, understand and mitigate issues
- Strong emotional intelligence and works optimally across teams, overcome resistance and navigate a sophisticated organization
- Ability to employ research and analytical thinking
- Basic experience with Smartsheet application

About the Team
Workday's Customer Program Management Office (CPMO) is a customer-facing team that augments the customer program/project management team to help them with program/project management practices. We ensure effective program/project management governance and achievement of the program/project plan.About the Role
The Program Management Office (PMO) Manager is accountable for coaching and delivering program/project management planning, tools, tracking, reporting and communications. They enable customer program/project managers to optimally manage their Workday deployment and achieve high customer satisfaction!

Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $113,300 USD - $169,900 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $107,600 USD - $189,500 USD
