      The Program Manager is responsible for providing ongoing support to direct care staff and team members, including modeling, teaching, and feedback on skills implementation and performance. They monitor client progress, manage scheduling, conduct meetings, and oversee staff performance reviews.

      Essential Job Duties:

      1. Supervise and train staff on client goal implementation
      2. Create data sheets for client goals
      3. Track client progress and ensure data accuracy
      4. Document clinical work
      5. Design individualized plans for clients
      6. Write progress notes and summaries
      7. Model and teach program implementation as per ISP
      8. Conduct staff performance reviews
      9. Supervise and support staff
      10. Report incidents to authorities
      11. Assist clients with self-care as needed

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field, or experience in lieu of degree
      • At least one year experience in ABA programs or writing ISP/IFSP
      • One year experience in staff supervision
      • First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
      • Fingerprint clearance
      • Good health and physical capability, including ability to lift 25 lbs

      Desirable Qualifications:

      • Master's degree in relevant field (preferred)
      • Experience in program development and budgeting
      • Experience in recruiting
