- Enable results through the effective creation, rollout and management of business processes and operations for VP and SVP, in partnership with key partners and EG/Services BizOps capability
- Facilitate financial operations including headcount tracking and approvals, discretionary spend tracking/allocation and time tracking/compliance
- Operationalize and provide training on business processes focused on continuous improvement, efficiency and operational excellence
- Support preparation of events and business meetings that offer leadership an opportunity to check-in on progress to business goals
- Collaborate with key business partners (e.g., HR, Talent Acquisition and Finance) to develop and support rollout of processes and frameworks to ensure success
- Provide general program management support for initiatives and special projects, as required, by the business
- Strong critical thinking and eye for business skills, a drive for operational improvement and helping a group to achieve their goals
- High level of intellectual curiosity and leadership that drives sense of ownership, desire for continuous improvement and ability to work independently.
- Ability to build effective relationships and use work methods that facilitate positive partnerships with key internal business teams
- Willingness to be flexible in supporting executive leaders and their teams in both domestic and international offices
- First-class influencing and organizational change skills coupled with interpersonal awareness and established emotional intelligence
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and achieve results effectively and timely in a complex environment working across a variety of partners.
- Capable of working with abstract concepts and effectively communicating conceptual topics to others.
- Strong process orientation with experience running programs and/or projects and leading change from inception through delivery.
- An excellent teammate, also able to operate independently while prioritizing your own work and resources.
- Strong business insight, analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced level of knowledge of Excel.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
