- Develop and implement plans to achieve departmental goals in line with organizational objectives.
- Manage schedules and resource allocation within the department.
- Oversee supervisors and ensure the effective management of their respective teams.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports for higher management.
- Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration and communication.
- Address escalated issues and provide support to supervisors and team members.
- Monitor activities across the department to ensure case management services are consistent across staff.
- Ensure tasks are in line with departmental and organizational policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Implement and improve processes and policies in support of departmental and organizational goals.
- Coordinate and implement training of new and existing staff across the department.
- Coordinate with staff throughout the organization to advance organizational and departmental strategy, performance management, and quality initiatives.
- Actively and respectfully communicate with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Meet with staff, clients, and stakeholders in a variety of settings as needed.
- Attend staff, team, and department meetings.
- Attend in-services, staffing and other meetings as needed. May be appointed to committees.
- Support stakeholders who come to the RMHS office by acting as the in-office back up on days assigned.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong change management skills.
- Ability to provide, analyze, and apply data when making program decisions.
- Knowledge of Colorado Long Term Services and Support System.
- Ability to understand the needs of a range of disabilities including but not limited to aging, physical disabilities, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, intellectual and developmental delays or disabilities.
- Ability to work well with complex situations, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of human behavior, individual work styles, skill working with individuals and groups.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals who are elderly, physically disabled, brain injury, mental health, and/or I/DD, with at least two (2) of those years in the provision of Case Management Services
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with different work styles.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing projects or initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position.
- Master’s degree in human services, social work, or related field.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to services for children and adults with aging, physical, and/or developmental disorders provided through public and private funding sources.

Position Purpose
The Intake Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of case management services within the CMA Department. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing relevant workflows, implementation of policies and procedures, and use of accurate reports to ensure quality assurance. Responsibilities include supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating intake case management activities for acute and on-going services. The position will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of specific projects, pilots, grants, and partnerships in conjunction with the Director of Case Management. This position may have multiple case management teams reporting to them and/or the direct supervision of less than 15 staff.
