      The Selection, Category Strategy & Insight team are seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager, focusing on catalogue operational execution and defect resolution within Amazon Fresh UK's catalogue operations.

      Key job responsibilities
      Defect Management:
      - Own and resolve catalogue defects that automated systems cannot address
      - Conduct root cause analysis of catalogue issues
      - Implement solutions for recurring catalogue problems
      - Manage and prioritize the catalogue defect backlog
      Operational Excellence:
      - Execute day-to-day catalogue operations and maintenance
      - Collaborate with vendors to resolve listing issues
      - Support implementation of new catalogue processes
      - Monitor and report on catalogue health metrics
      Stakeholder Coordination:
      - Work with local business teams to resolve catalogue issues
      - Coordinate with Vulcan POCs for offshore support
      - Participate in regular stakeholder updates and communications


      About the team
      The Selection, Category Strategy & Insight (SCSI) team works to create the ideal product range across stores and online. We provide the tools, insights, and strategic guidance needed to build assortments that truly serve our customers' needs. Our focus is ensuring the right products are available to customers wherever and whenever they choose to shop.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - Experience in program or project management
      - Experience with Excel
      - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions- Experience in MS Access and SQL
      - Master's degree or equivalent
