      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers
      - Provide ongoing support and training to partners in collaboration with Account Management and Commercial teams
      - Monitor and manage partner performance, developing strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align efforts and achieve mutual goals
      - Own the documentation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
      - 5+ years of experience in channel management, implementation project management, account management, or sales, preferably in the TPA or employee benefits industry
      - Proven experience working on large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional collaboration
      - Demonstrated success in managing and influencing teams in a dynamic environment
      - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
