      Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

      We are looking for a Program Manager, Corporate Travel to oversee our corporate travel programs. We are looking for a strategic leader to define and enhance global travel at Prologis. In this role, you’ll partner with users to maximize their travel experience while ensuring employee travel is safe and organized according to company policies.

      What’s needed in order to do that:

      • Develop and oversee strategic policies and programs for corporate travel. Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.
      • Provide expertise on policies, practices, and travel-related trends to users globally.
      • Support travel arrangements as needed for executive and senior leadership globally and provide support for major events as required.
      • Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotel partners, airlines, ground transportation providers, and other travel vendors.
      • Manage RFP process for engagement and selection of new travel vendors, negotiating and overseeing contract process.
      • Advise on necessary travel documentation, insurance, visas, passports, and other domestic and international-related travel necessities.
      • Take appropriate steps to ensure corporate travel programs are up-to-date with current trends, laws, and regulations.
      • Act as SME for corporate travel card program and provide necessary advice to users and accounting teams.
      • Act as product owner of Rocketrip and other corporate rewards programs.
      • Expectation of 10% travel domestically and periodic international travel required.

      Tell us if you’re ready .

      • 5+ years’ experience in a corporate travel manager role, or similar experience within airline, hospitality, or travel agency experience required.
      • Excellent vendor management expertise required.
      • Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
      • Expert knowledge of T&E reporting and processing best practices, and adherence to budget guidelines.
      • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Concur, and CTM systems.
      • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.
      • An analytical mind with strong business acumen.
      • Customer-oriented approach.
      • Other related training and certifications in travel and tourism is a plus.

      Hiring Salary Range of $119,000.00 - $140,000.00. Salary and total compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
