What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the delivery of strategic credit card marketing campaigns to meet program objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop efficient marketing program processes
- Identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements in features and functionalities
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and provide actionable insights
- Support business reporting and roadmap planning for key performance indicators and project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, program management, or project management, preferably in financial services
- Strong acumen in offer strategy with both creative and analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Proven experience in influencing stakeholders and managing relationships across a matrixed organization
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to create structure from ambiguity

- Experience in loyalty programs, payments, or credit card marketing
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
