What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support global Phase 1–4 trial implementation in collaboration with project leads
- Oversee site activation and operational execution across study timelines
- Develop and review study-related documents with a strong understanding of GCP and EC/IRB submissions
- Train site and CRO staff while supporting ongoing oversight and project management activities
- Embrace clinical trial innovation, including Direct-to-Patient models and Digital Health integration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or graduate degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred
- 8+ years of total business experience, including 5+ years in a clinical development environment
- Strong background in clinical research operations with hands-on experience in global trials
- Solid understanding of GCP, regulatory processes, and trial oversight best practices
- A passion for innovation and interest in advancing next-gen trial models

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device environment
- Proven track record of successful project management in clinical trials
- Familiarity with Direct-to-Patient models and Digital Health technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration across teams
