      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coordinate, and implement key diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to achieve short and long-term objectives
      - Act as a primary point of contact for Employee Community Network (ECN) leaders, providing guidance and support
      - Manage regular meetings with ECN leaders and stakeholders to review progress and align on initiatives
      - Develop metrics to measure the success and impact of ECN initiatives and provide insights to leadership
      - Create internal communication strategies to promote ECN programming and increase employee engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in leading and managing large and complex cross-functional programs
      - 3+ years of experience in workforce diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
      - Experience leading and supporting Employee Community Networks (ECNs)
      - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 8+ years of experience in leading and managing large and complex cross-functional programs
      - Strong knowledge of DEIB principles, particularly within Employee Community Networks
      - Proven project management skills and ability to develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
