What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and evolve the Engagement License Program (ELP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) program strategy, including design and pricing models
- Drive program execution and operational excellence through documentation, policies, and monitoring partner compliance
- Collaborate with partner enablement teams to enhance partner capabilities and ensure successful execution of security assessments and incident response engagements
- Spearhead MSP business growth through strategic partnerships and optimizing licensing models
- Track and report key program KPIs, including revenue and partner adoption metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in partner/channel management with a focus on managed service partner (MSP) programs
- Strong understanding of software-as-a-service licensing models and consumption-based pricing
- Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships and driving revenue growth
- Excellent project and change management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with enterprise-level MSPs and understanding their service delivery models
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking program metrics and business impact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders
