What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scale partner engagement by identifying, onboarding, and prioritizing partners for autonomous implementation initiatives
- Curate and deliver enablement curricula, assets, and certification programs for partners
- Build an enablement path for AI implementations, including defining certification and aligning incentives
- Develop and maintain playbooks and packaged offerings to ensure consistency and reduce risk
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful implementation outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years managing partner programs or ecosystems in enterprise software
- Experience operationalizing partner capabilities for innovative technology offers
- Strong commercial acumen and program execution across global stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-first implementation initiatives and understanding of LLM/GenAI fundamentals preferred
- Proven cross-functional leadership and excellent executive communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in instituting governance for implementation processes
- Prior experience with the employer's partner ecosystem
- Ability to travel up to 50% annually
