What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teams to deliver internal business projects and programs from design to completion
- Plan and direct project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor projects from inception through delivery, focusing on process improvement
- Lead and manage teams in executing business programs and initiatives
- Create essential documentation including business requirements, test plans, and user training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
- Operational Process Improvement experience
- Healthcare experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience
- Managed Care experience or HEDIS Quality knowledge
- SQL experience
- PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
