- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

As Program Manager I, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with leadership in our Education Administration Department. In this role, you will provide administrative support to Directors and Vice Chiefs, and manage programming related to engagement and belonging, educational equity, compliance, regional markets and more. This position presents the valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation for career growth, all while advancing the future of healthcare.
A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule days M--F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Four days on-site, one day remote after 90-day new-hire period.
