      • 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
      • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
      • Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly, and test processes.

As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners. Your projects will often span multiple offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring coordination and clear updates on progress and deadlines.

      This role involves being the operations/supply chain interface to the product development and deployment teams, motivating operations for new product development and supporting products through production ramp-up. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent, with individual pay influenced by skills, experience, and education. The recruiter will provide specific salary details during hiring.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
      • Plan and execute operations development activities, ensuring successful transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.
      • Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners, including material availability, costs, assembly, testing, capacity, and transition plans.
      • Motivate teams to optimize the supply chain, considering risks, schedule changes, or demand variations.
