      The Amazon Global Selling in Thailand is looking for a Program Manager Intern to join the team and work on projects such as:
      • Understanding voice of sellers and analyze insights to identify and prioritize actions based on business needs.
      • Developing strategies and driving key business metrics and program adoption improvements: Brand Registry, Seller Attrition Rate, Amazon Tools adoption etc.


      Key job responsibilities
      • Work with business teams in new and existing seller management teams, define and track business key metrics improvement at team level.
      • Contribute or independently develop, execute, and measure business improvement strategies.
      • Establish relationship, understand SOP and set up workflow to streamline collaborations and projects with cross-functional teams.
      • Assist and oversee the development and execution of programs and monitoring and reporting.
      • Support problem solving activities for Account Managers as well as any other key problems from non-managed sellers in Thailand.• Penultimate year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
      • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-months
      • Must be able to legally work in Thailand
      • Strong analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions
      • Work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
      • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and gather project/program requirements
      • Organization skills – demonstrated ability to work independently to make complex investigations
      • Communication skills – ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English
      • Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
      • Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving skills
      • Proficiency in Excel• Experience in e-commerce industry
      • Experience in program management or product management
      • Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
      • Understanding of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS is a plus
