      Program Manager IV—Transformation Access

      This program manager will leverage their ability to organize programs around access performance to lead cross-functional teams in projects and continuous improvement efforts targeting patient and caregiver experience, schedule fill rates, and scheduling accuracy.

      A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.

      Must live in the Cleveland, Ohio or Stuart or Weston, Florida areas.


      A caregiver who excels in this role will:

      • Develop, implement, manage , and maintain operational systems and activities.

      • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

      • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

      • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

      • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

      • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

      Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Healthcare Administration or related field.

      • Six years of related experience.

      • OR Master’s degree and five years of experience.


      Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

      • Master’s degree.

      • Directly managing projects and pushing projects forward

      • Epic Experience

      • Experience working in a hospital in some operational capacity

      • Experience working with call center scheduling software

      • Working with different stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, IT, etc.)
