      What You Will Do

      Lead the implementation of the LeanDNA program across our North America Ducted business. You will optimize the setup of our LeanDNA analytical engine and drive the adoption of key tools such as Clear-To-Build, Line of Balance, Critical Material Shortages, Inventory Burn-Off, and others. By driving adoption of LeanDNA features and coaching teams on best practices, you will enable improvements in our materials processes and contribute to inventory optimization and prevention of critical material shortages.

      This is a remote position that will support business in the Central time zone.

      How You Will Do It

      Lead LeanDNA Implementation

      • Partner with materials teams to tailor the LeanDNA setup to fit the specific needs of our North America Ducted business.
      • Ensure all supply chain materials parameters are considered, including how we define supply, demand, excess inventory, and material shortages.
      • Validate and customize tools and reports to improve clarity and facilitate decision-making in materials management.

      Improve Materials Processes

      • Lead initiatives to reduce material shortages, improve clear-to-build, and optimize inventory.
      • Facilitate workshops to map current materials processes against future state goals, using techniques like 5-Why analysis to identify areas for improvement.
      • Implement process and system changes to improve materials management practices and align LeanDNA capabilities with daily operations.

      Drive Materials Tool Adoption

      • Lead comprehensive training sessions for site teams to promote the use of LeanDNA features, ensuring that all users are proficient in utilizing tools like Clear-To-Build, Line of Balance, Material Shortages, and Inventory Burn-Off.
      • Implement a structured approach to track the usage and effectiveness of LeanDNA tools, encouraging feedback for further enhancements and driving accountability across teams.

      Train and Develop

      • Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions to give users the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize LeanDNA tools and processes.
      • Facilitate supplier onboarding into Supplier Connect to ensure compliance with LeanDNA standards, monitoring their progress and providing ongoing support to strengthen supplier relationships and enhance overall supply chain performance.

      What We Look For

      • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum or 7-10 years of industry / functional experience.
      • Functional expertise in materials management and supply chain.
      • Proficiency using SAP.
      • Ability to travel ~25%.

      Preferred

      • Experience with LeanDNA.
      • Familiarity with SAP tables and data structure.
      • Certified Production & Inventory Management (CPIM)
      • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
