What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact with NIH
- Supervise all aspects of contract work, including employee management and submission of reports
- Respond to task order requests and provide central management and oversight
- Develop and deploy dashboards and related tools
- Oversee compliance and performance of the IDIQ contract and subsequent task orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, human resources, management, or a relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business solutions and organizational assessment support
- Previous experience working with Federal agencies
- NIH client experience
