- Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
- Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocates time to meet completion requirements.
- Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
- Master’s degree and two year of experience may substitute for one year of experience.
- May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
- Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

As the Patient Safety Program Manager II, you will lead safety, quality, and experience work across a hospital, hospitals, or multiple ambulatory locations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:• Partner ing with clinical leadership to set objectives and key results .
• Coordinat ing with cross functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with all standards and favorable perf ormance on safety, quality, utilization , and experience metrics. • Participat ing in engraining the safety, quality, and experience requirements as outlined by regulatory and accreditation bodies.
