      Key Responsibilities:

      The Program Manager role oversees and guides processes for growing global mail volume and revenue in line with corporate growth strategies. This role leads analysis of revenue/volume forecasting, reporting, and mail route development. This role will manipulate complex sets of information from various data sources with minimal assistance. This position works cross functionally with various departments to right size mail route network, improve mail RFQ development process, and optimize profits. This role works with external data providers to integrate external postal data with internal airline cargo, passenger and capacity systems. The roles completes some accounting and financial trend analyses supporting key postal strategies, initiatives and management decision making. Previous experience with government contracts is preferred.

      • Analyzes data using queries, SQL, and other data analytics tools to support KPI metrics, revenue trend analysis, and forecasting
      • Brings a great attention to detail in the review, analysis, and interpretation of data
      • Advanced knowledge of dashboard tools (i.e. Spotfire) and Microsoft Excel
      • Develops mail route program and strategy to meet customer demand and improve utilization of available mail volume capacity
      • Retrieves internal data and translates into external customer applications for RFQs and bids. Has ability to develop and present strategies to customers, senior leadership, and other parties
      • Strong time management and project management skills to drive improvement projects, contract compliance and auditing, and other ad-hoc requests
      • Creative thinker, problem solver with an innovative approach. Works cross functionally with other departments
      • Oversees one Analyst and associated responsibilities related to capacity offers, forecasting, accounting functions and reporting
      • Finds opportunities to improve mail performance, exceed revenue and volume targets using data driven driven research and postal mail industry insights

      What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

      • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
      • Minimum +2 years professional business experience or equivalent educational background
      • Cross functional work, preferably with sales, operations and finance teams
      • Quantitative reporting and analysis
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
      • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
      • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

      • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
      • 3+ years Airline experience
      • International business, transportation, commercial or financial decision making; leading high powered teams
