What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead planning and execution of new clinic openings, including budgeting and vendor coordination
- Develop and maintain real estate pipeline tracking tools for market development and site selection
- Support portfolio strategy initiatives, including lease renewals and site optimization
- Oversee facilities projects, including major capital improvements and clinic upgrades
- Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in real estate program/project management, preferably in healthcare or retail environments
- Proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in project management and pipeline tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Planview, and Workday Projects
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving organization with shifting priorities
- Ability to travel up to 10–20% as needed
