What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare projects from design to completion
- Plan and direct project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress from inception to delivery
- Lead process improvement and organizational change management initiatives
- Create business requirement documents, test plans, and related documentation
- Communicate with customers to analyze and transform needs into functional requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
- Operational Process Improvement experience within the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience partnering with leadership across the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience
- Managed Care experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
- PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or comparable coursework
