What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and champion a strategic roadmap for virtual cabinetry and interior design services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Support designers by understanding their processes and clearing operational roadblocks
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize business performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in business development, product management, strategy, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in e-commerce, home furnishings, interior design, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of translating vision into actionable plans
