      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the availability of virtual care clinical services, including 24/7/365 operations and incident resolution
      - Develop and monitor financial budgets for virtual care services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
      - Draft, review, and coordinate execution of virtual care service agreements in compliance with legal regulations
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational requirements and foster innovation
      - Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve their goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role within a healthcare setting
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Knowledge of project/program management methodologies and best practices
      - Familiarity with clinical operations and workflows in a virtual healthcare environment
      - Experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial modeling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising a team of 3-5 individuals
      - Proven track record of developing innovative virtual care services
      - Familiarity with legal regulations pertaining to healthcare agreements
      - Established relationships within the healthcare industry
      - Ability to represent the organization at public events and conferences
