      As a Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. This role supports Cleveland Clinic's mission by exhibiting, educating, and coaching caregivers about teamwork, empathy, quality & safety, and by being innovative when it comes to improving the patient and caregiver experience.

This role is onsite Monday - Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. The hospital operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week so there will be early morning starts and/or evening hours.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
      • Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
      • Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
      • Allocates time to meet completion requirements.
      • Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
      • Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
      • High School diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
      • Associate’s degree and four years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
      • Master’s degree and one year of experience may substitute for one year of experience.


      Certifications:

      • May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.


      Complexity of Work:

      • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
      • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.


      Work Experience:

      • Two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
      • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.


      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
      • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
      • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
      • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

      Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
