Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Depot Reentry Support Equipment Replacement Program (DRSERP)
The Depot Reentry Support Equipment Replacement Program (DRSERP) is replacing an aging Depot Support Equipment. This equipment is used to test and validate Reentry System / Reentry Vehicle components. The Program Manager will ensure acquisition program milestones and objectives are anticipated, Production tasks are properly managed and analyzed, and program related tasks are properly coordinated.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. The Program Manager will work with a highly skilled team providing critical logistical support and data analysis expertise to the ICBM Systems Directorate, United States Air Force.
