Job Description

- Coordinate the delivery of civil design, construction, and maintenance projects, balancing stakeholder needs while meeting project and reporting requirements.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality management processes, including financial, site, document, and data management.
- Conduct safety audits, compliance reviews, and reporting to maintain high standards in project execution.
- Work in both office and field environments, with the autonomy to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Manage high-volume, reactive work while meeting competing deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a results-driven approach to delivering infrastructure programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, or contract management OR equivalent experience in delivering infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing construction programs, contractor performance, and financial controls.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and safety compliance.
- A current NSW Class C Driver’s License.

About the role
This exciting role is part of our Infrastructure Maintenance team, responsible for delivering capital works and infrastructure maintenance programs to ensure high-quality footpath, road, stormwater, and traffic assets for the City.
