      You’re looking to embed yourself in projects of different sizes and become part of a team that’s shaping the landscape across NSW.

      You’re ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation.

      In this role, you'll:

      Join our Planning & Programs team undertaking diverse program management and related support activities to contribute to the delivery of a range of transport programs across our Regional & Outer Metropolitan (ROM) division.

      ROM is focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.

      The role will see you collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders across ROM, the Transport Cluster and with external stakeholders to deliver the various programs of work within ROM.

      Please note, this is a temporary (fixed term) position to June 2026.

      Applicants can work from any of our regional office locations as well as Sydney CBD.

      About you

      You are highly organised, proactive and accountable bringing skills and experience in project or program management and business improvement processes.

      Ideally you have demonstrated experience analysing and reporting on business and project performance in a large complex business environment.

      You have a natural talent for building strong working relationships, with the ability to influence through building effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
